“I now moved from being “phra” to “thit”. Sorry for not telling anyone about my ordination. A few people attended the ordination. I just wanted it to be a small, quiet and peaceful event.
While I was in monk-hood, I practiced quite hard on mindfulness. Sitting meditation can earn you the highest level of merit (spiritual reward)… following by donation, Buddhist precepts and pray.
I am inviting you to rejoice with me. Rejoicing with other(s) earns you merit as much as the person who went into monk-hood himself.
P.S. Don’t forget to meditate and pray na khub… Yippy!!!! Hey! calm down”thit”!! “
Note: “Phra” is a tiltle prefixed to a monk. “Thit” is a title prefixed to a man who just returned to secular life after monk-hood
